Master’s degree in Constitutional Law at the Faculty of Law of the Alma Mater Studiorum University of Bologna.

Ms. Depretto deals with criminal law and in particular with the guardianship and defence of the injured party, of the person under investigation/the accused at all stages of the trial, business criminal law, labour and road accidents, penitentiary law, juvenile criminal law.

She is registered in the Unified National List of Public Defence Lawyers and in the List of Legal Aid Lawyers.

She is also specialised in family law.

She is authorised to practise before the Court of Cassation and is also a mediator in civil and commercial law.
